Guests are only an easy 8-minute walk to the main square and just steps away from restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the Instituto Allende.
This beautifully appointed home features three spacious bedrooms plus a studio, four full bathrooms, multiple terraces, lush garden spaces, and inviting gathering areas designed for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying an extended stay in San Miguel de Allende.
On the first floor, guests are welcomed into comfortable living and dining areas that open toward a charming interior courtyard — the true heart of the home.
