Enjoy the grand San Miguel lifestyle in this wonderful, spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom colonial home with pool on Calle Recreo, one of the best streets of town. Less than five minutes by foot from the Jardin, this lovely house has large rooms, great light and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces to catch morning and afternoon sun as well as comfortable shaded areas.
From the gracious entry way into a large central patio with fountain, you pass through the comfortable "sala abierta" (open-air, covered terrace) to the expansive living room with its separate covered terrace looking across town to the Parroquia church. The kitchen, dining room and laundry are also located on this main level of the house, plus a small office with Internet connection and a powder room. Near the main living room is an open gallery, complete with two bars and a locked safe for storage.
Downstairs is the large lap pool (please note: heating with propane gas is available for an extra charge), both open and covered terraces, a bedroom with two double beds, a changing room/shower area for the pool, and a second kitchen for poolside entertaining. In addition to this one bedroom downstairs, there are three upstairs bedrooms above the living room - a large master suite with king bed, private bath and private terrace (as well as a television and sitting area), another bedroom with queen bed, en-suite bathroom and adjoining terrace, plus the final bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom and another private terrace.
