Casa del Leon is located in the exclusive Balcones neighborhood, a 15-min walk downhill to the Jardin and an easy cab ride back up.
Recently constructed of the finest materials, this lovely contemporary home has a grand main level with living room, dining room, TV alcove, kitchen and large view terrace.
Downstairs are two bedrooms (one with two twins and one with a queen bed) which open out into a covered terrace with wet bar and then a lawn area beyond with its large swimming pool.
A sunning deck is on the other side of the pool area, complete with umbrellas, lounge chairs and that "to-die-for" view.
Also across the pool area and down some stairs is a huge third bedroom with two double beds, fireplace and large en-suite bathroom.
From the entry level of the house, one has access up exterior stairs to a spacious studio retreat — with its own private terrace, living/dining room and kitchenette. This living space has the most spectacular views of all.
One half-level above this retreat is the fourth bedroom, also with two twin beds and its own bathroom.
