The house is in an exclusive gated compound of lovely homes, with secure parking available right at the front door. Small shops for groceries are nearby, and other great delis/produce shops are just down the hill.
A leisurely stroll into the heart of San Miguel takes you through colorful residential areas; the famous Instituto Allende art and language center is just 10 minutes away by foot.
