Located in the quiet, exclusive "La Aldea" neighborhood just two blocks from the Instituto Allende and a fairly level 10-min walk from the Jardin, this charming two-bedroom townhome has it all: a great central location, shops/galleries/restaurants just steps away, new and attractive furnishings, plus one parking space to boot!
The first floor features the living room, which opens out onto the plant-filled patio with a tiled fountain. The two-story dining room seats 8 and is perfect for entertaining, with easy access from the light-filled, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and amenities.
