About Casita Susana
A perfect Centro hideaway, Casita Susana is located just 3 blocks from the Jardin.
This charming one-bedroom flat has been recently renovated and newly decorated to perfection.
Situated at the back of a compound with three other flats that share the same gate to the street, it is cozy, sunny and quiet with good-sized rooms.
Casita Susana is fully equipped with a TV and DVD player in the bedroom, where a cable DSL hookup for your laptop is also included as part of your rental rate.
The spacious living/dining area has comfortable seating and room for 4 people to dine formally.
The beautiful kitchen with its copper sink and polished cement counters has all the cookware/dishware you need, plus a blender, microwave and toaster oven. In addition to a refrigerator, stove and oven, the kitchen also features a dishwasher, rare in San Miguel. Bottled spring water is provided for your drinking safety.
The bathroom has lovely local tile work, another copper sink and a large walk-in shower.
There are two gas fireplaces, one in the living/dining room and another in the bedroom with its king-sized bed. The bedroom also offers lots of closet and storage space.
A wonderful roof terrace with wooded vistas and a peek of historic church spires is accessed via a spiral metal staircase from the corner of the dining area. Here is the perfect spot for your afternoon nap or for margaritas at sunset.
Maid service is provided once a week. There are no washer/dryer facilities, but the maid can send out your personal clothes to a nearby laundry for a minimal fee.

A 8% line item for Mexican taxes and administrative fees will be added to all rental rates.
Please note that a 20% holiday surcharge is added to all rental rates during Christmas, New Year's, Day of the Dead and Semana Santa (week before Easter).
