Two months into the summer rainy season of 2010, and WOW! More showers this year have created a truly lush landscape in and around San Miguel. Days are very pleasant and clear - in the high 70s F and low 80s F – with night-time temps dipping down into the 50s F and 60s F. The rain comes in the late afternoon, maybe 4 times a week and occasionally overnight. The hills and fields are bright green with waist-high grasses, and the wildflowers are starting to bloom. Who would believe this is a desert during the winter months!
